The Role: Spray Renderers & Machine-Applied Rendering Specialists
We are looking for two key roles within our team:
1. Spray Renderers
If you are experienced in applying spray render systems and achieving smooth, consistent finishes, this role offers you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across Oxford and beyond. You’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying spray renders, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
2. Machine-Applied Rendering Specialists
As a machine-applied rendering specialist, you will be operating rendering machines to apply finishes to large-scale commercial and residential properties. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing rendering machinery, ensuring accurate mixture applications, and working efficiently across larger projects.
Key Responsibilities
For both roles, you will be responsible for:
- Spray Renderers:
- Preparing surfaces for spray rendering, ensuring all areas are ready for application.
- Applying spray render systems with precision to achieve smooth, even finishes.
- Handling a variety of rendering materials and techniques to meet project requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Machine-Applied Rendering Specialists:
- Operating and maintaining rendering machines for application on large projects.
- Ensuring correct machine setup, rendering mixtures, and smooth application techniques.
- Working closely with site managers to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Performing regular machine checks and ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
Key Requirements
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Spray Renderers:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spray rendering, with proven skills in achieving consistent finishes.
- In-depth knowledge of various rendering materials and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Machine-Applied Rendering Specialists:
- Experience in operating rendering machines, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Ability to maintain machinery and troubleshoot any issues during application.
- Familiarity with different rendering materials and application techniques.
For both roles:
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to the nature of travel involved.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to meeting project deadlines while maintaining high standards.

This role is based in Oxford, but you will be working on projects up to two hours away from our base, covering a wide range of locations.
